About Us

We believe travel should feel like arrival, not passage. Hospitality, done right, connects people to the places that shape them.

Our commitment to restoration

Preserving what makes Peru unique

Our commitment goes beyond hospitality. We work to preserve and restore places with cultural, architectural and historical value, giving them new life while respecting the stories, materials and traditions that make them unique.

Bedroom – Guaqui

The vaulted ceiling, the volcanic stone walls and the terracotta floor were kept as the room’s foundation. Soft light and handcrafted furniture were added around them, so comfort never competes with the building’s history.

Villa Barranco

In 1920, Rosalía Zignano de Botto acquired part of the former El Pacayar estate. Three years later, Polish architect Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski designed two twin mansions with tiled roofs, ornate façades, and a central tower.

Bedroom – Villa Barranco

Now reborn as a boutique hotel, Villa Barranco unites both mansions into a single retreat — preserving the spirit of the original property while offering the quiet elegance of contemporary Lima.

Room – Villa Barranco

A century-old residence meticulously restored, Villa Barranco reflects the quiet sophistication of early 20th-century Lima.

Salón

Traditional and sustainable techniques were used to harmonize old and new, reviving the spirit of the house while honoring Peru’s cultural and craft heritage.

Barra Comedor

Restoration work was carried out in collaboration with local artisans who meticulously preserved the mansion’s original architecture and decorative detail.

Chairs – Quinta

Quinta San Blas offers calm and intimacy within the energy of Cusco. Its location provides access to the city’s main attractions while remaining removed from its busiest streets.

Bottles of Wine

Casa Clara occupies a two-story colonial house built with local stone and wood. Arched patios, carved balconies, and tiled roofs preserve the quiet grace of Cusco’s traditional homes.

Columns

Former home of the iconic Fallen Angel, Casa Clara has been reimagined as an intimate retreat. The same space that once defined Cusco’s creative nights now offers calm, design, and timeless character.

Chairs

Located in the artisan district of San Blas, this 19th-century republican residence has been restored as a welcoming hotel that reflects Cusco’s historic charm.

Floor Tiles

A classic layout of entrance hall and twin patios defines the house’s mestizo character — architecture shaped by tradition, where form and craft have withstood time and tremors alike.

Prehispanic Palace

In the Inca neighborhood of Qolqampata stand the remains of a palace attributed to Manco Capac, founder of the Inca Empire. Its stone foundations still anchor the property, preserving the spirit of the city’s earliest dynasty.

Colonial Mansion

During the colonial era, the estate passed to Paullu Topa Yupanqui, one of the first Incas appointed by the Spanish. His lineage shaped the San Cristóbal quarter, where the church he commissioned still overlooks the city.

Republican Estate

Reborn as fundo Qolqampata, the property later belonged to Italian entrepreneur César de Luchi Lomellini, who helped bring electricity and industry to Cusco at the turn of the century.

Boutique Hotel

Restored by Ananay in 2014, Palacio Manco Capac honors its Inca origins through design, craft, and quiet hospitality. Centuries of history, refined for the discerning traveler.

20 Rooms

With only 20 rooms, the hotel ensures a cozy and intimate stay. Even in Cusco’s busiest seasons, guests find peace and comfort within its walls.

San Blas

Once a 19th-century republican residence, Quinta San Blas has been restored as a welcoming retreat in Cusco’s artisan quarter, preserving much of its original character while offering the simplicity and charm of San Blas.

Count of Guaqui

The title was first bestowed upon General José Manuel de Goyeneche after his victory at the Battle of Guaqui (or Desaguadero).

Peruanismo

Peru is made of many stories. We believe the best way to discover them is through the people, traditions and places that keep them alive.
